Finding something funny is indeed a total tonic

Though I once knew of someone who laughed that much he keeled over, now wasn’t that ironic ?

Haha but he was rib tickling ridiculous, wetting his pants on the floor

Side splitting hilarious, til’ his cheeks was sore

So is it neither wonder that he dropped down on his back
