Laughter is a tonic?

Laughter is a tonic?

Everybody needs a laugh now & again
It doesn’t half do you good
I reckon its equally as important
As exercise & healthy food

Having fun is a tonic
I recommend that you do
A grand old cackle
Is so uplifting for you

Finding something amusing
It won’t get out of your brain
Then it makes you start giggling
Belly laughing gives you a pain

I truly believe
This is the best thing for you
So never stop chuckling
Whatever you do

Who wants to be morbid
Theres no fun it that
Just put on fancy dress
Act a right prat

Be a party animal
Go ahead & break out
It is much more admirable
Roar with laughter & shout

Friends will adore you
Will love your personailty
Try to never be blue
Keep up the joviality?
