LAZY BOY JOHN

LAZY BOY JOHN

Let me tell you a tale of lazy boy John
He is always asleep when the others are gone
John gets up during the middle of the day
Never done a days work that's just his way

The plates and dishes are piled high on the sink
If the neighbours came round what would they think ?
Lazy boy John never walks anywhere
His hair is unkempt he doesn't seem to care

Life is unfair as I struggle to get by
John can afford the best things and I wonder why
After hard day at work I settle to sleep
My resentment for John will be hidden down deep
