Learn and learn again

So I tried something new 

I tried to forgive mat. 
But I had to do something 
For my soul 
I went and met a guy. 
Had coffee
Needed to know how he felt

But now I'm hurt more 

How did he do that to me 

Did he not feel bad 

He says intentions were only as friends 

But so were mine when I met Michael 

Michael showed me that men do respect women 

That you don't need to settle and feel like u can't habe better 

As I become overwhelmed 

I couldn't bear it 

I had to run 

I drove 

I went to a waterfall 

I meditated on the rocks 

I closed my eyes and let the sound of the waterfall take over my whole body 

I took it all in 

And i asked 

What do i need to do 

"Let him go"

The pain is intense 

But she knows her true happiness
