Poem -

Leave

Into my life themselves they'll weave,
Into my heart before they leave.
They'll whisper sweet things in my ear,
As my heart fills with fear.

I get no warning before they go,
Which turns my heart as cold as snow.
I cannot run I cannot hide,
from the emptiness inside.

Its a gaping hole in my chest,
I can barely fake a smile at best.
Everyone leaves its no joke,
At night in my tears I choke.

I guess I just have to believe,
that everyone is meant to leave.
