LEGEND OF THE WORD

I am a gypsy living in a caravan.

No- I am not like you or would pretend to be.

They say I am lawless

but that

depends to what degree you take it to.

Some say a maverick

a man that consistently breaks the rules.

I am loved and I am hated

and the women

admire me or think I am conceited.

Personally, I just don’t give a shit.

I live life by my rules as much as I can

and I live off the grid

giving a hard time to Uncle Sam.

Some say I am a legend in the making

while others think I’m done.

This fine balance that we all live in

I have to say randomly sucks

for we should all pick and choose our destiny

when its not written in the sand.

I am a gypsy that writes poetry.

No- I am not a traditional square all right.

I get up with the Sun and bed with the Moon

I think my character stayed in tact.

I am against aggression and all War

and the constant fight and cheer leading ring

I truly believe in peace.

I fight with words because words kill

they can also build.

If you’ve read my writings then you'd know

what I am really all about.

I cannot forge forward in controlled Groups

because I cannot take orders.

If you ever really met a truly free man

then that is me.

Oh- one day I will be captured

roped and hogtied like a modern slave

because that is what man does best.

But, by that time

I will become the Legend of the Word ..
