LEGS 8

LEGS 8

These spiders are climbing

Walking the corners, S L O W

Waiting with hair on LEGS 8

This spine alert

CHILL InG

Eyes looking

H Y P E R V I G I L A N T

All over my face

In these nostrils

Mouth full of spiders

All the years of guilt

Fear, anxiety of the past

Spiders taking over the space

Spiders taking over the space

Spiders all over the floor

Spiders all over the floor

Spiders taking over the space

Spiders taking over the space

Spiders all over the floor

Spiders all over the floor

Who

Aren't they the scariest thing you ever seen

and we who live with anxiety, in

anxiety are at their beck & call;

I could extend the poem to

politics and crime; this is an age of

anxiety; of nuclear proportions in

every sense. Thank you Cherie.

Best wishes Jai:)
