Colours of the Great Oak

Colours of the Great Oak

As my summer now turns to autumn
I reflect on the warmth
and beauty that has surrounded me

and very soon, when the bright green leaves from this magnificent oak
turn a dusky shade of pink and orange

well, I shall watch them change gracefully

because  there's nothing more joyful

to see than that, at least for me.
