Let go

Let go

Another day, another week,
I can still feel your kiss on my cheek,
I still get weak in my knees,
baby don't hurt me, baby please.

Pinky promise to be together forever,
then you said you won't be mine, ever!
Broke my heart into million little parts,
hitting me with all the little darts.

Hearing you say you won't love me,
killed me, still thinking what we could be.
If only you would open up,
so we could make-up maybe even hookup.

But you left the room, way too soon,
it was a hot day in June.
That was years ago,
but I still remember the day you said- let go.
