Life beyond earth?

Beyond and boundless amidst the skies,
Unparallel to all outside, we peer
Such beauty astounds a veil to eyes,
We look in wonder toward heavenly sphere.

What phenomena awaits in gaze, perhaps?
What cultures or tech exist?
Will they be saviours when our world collapse?
Such theories of terrestrials are hard to resist.

What more do we know about our universe around?
How far does our galaxy stretch?
What entities if any are alive and profound?
Its hard not to be bewitched!

Starlit nebula majestic and vast,
Shooting stars amaze.
Will we be visited by aliens perhaps?
Who can really say?!

I accept that life is epic and grand,
Though I cannot help to think,
That somewhere out there is other life on land,
On planets beyond what we see!
