Life. The Greatest Gift God Could Give

April.20.2002
 Trisha Barrek Hopkins

To breathe air
Is really a gift
But lately alot of people don't care
Cutting down trees and taking the animals home away isn't fair
They don't think twice
On how everything around them is beautiful
So nice
Not many people notice the blue sky
Or the rich green color on each tree
They just pass on by
They could care less on the birds that fly
Ones that fly so very free

Life.Thegreatest gift God could give
But people say they are too busy to live
To take the beauty in front of their face
But you're not going to live forever that's the case

You know I bet if you take the time
You will see how better you feel
I promise it's true this is no line
You might not think so now but life's a big deal

Another minute is now in the past
Tell that special person that you truely care
Because no one will forever last
Before you know it you'll be at a funeral
Wiping away your tear

If you think about it for awhile
God can take your life as fast as he gave it to you
He wouldn't care one bit
To him your life is going out of style
He has the greatest power anyone you ever knew

Don't make the mistake of not living not having fun
You never know the next life God chooses could be you
You could be the next one
Everything could just disappear in a blink of an eye
This is true

So live life to the fullest
Take chances
Live like today is your last
Rekindle romances
Live your life before it ends up in the past

All I ask is don't take life for granted
You only get one chance at life
Take some time out and enjoy
Go and have fun with your little girl or boy

God gave us the greatest gift he could give.....Life
