LIFE OF A BISCUIT

Waiting to be taken to a house or flat
Wait here until then it's as simple as that
You spot there on the crowded shelf
Look at my price and forget your health

Safely in your basket or even a trolley
My mates are with me all nice and jolly
I'm at your home waiting to be unwrapped
Ready to face being broken or snapped

The kettle is on you're needing a hot drink
That's when I begin to shudder and blink
A biscuit's life is hard make no mistake
Far more easier I think if I were a cake
