Poem -

Life Of A Fire

Snap! Crack! Goes the bark
As the fire burns on in the dark
Red, orange, yellow oh my
Brilliant colors that light up the sky
As flames swirl in the air
All sit and stare
Many stories are told
As the night grows cold
The fire burns
And everyone yearns
To stay warm
Into the early hours of the morn
And the fire slowly dies
In everyone's eyes
The heat dwindles away
But returns with the first sunray
Smoke rises from the ground
And all mope around
The fire is dead
Now it's time for bed
