Life’s a dance 💕

Ticking to the timelessness of a rhumba on repeat

Waltzing along on a will of hope

Strutting our stuff whilst trying to cope

Feeling that heat jigging to a jive

Sometimes its a struggle just to stay alive

Then we twist and shout so our voices can be heard

Or we are lost amongst a crowd never saying a word

Hip hopping happenstances, from out of the blue

Running around in circles with a deja vu

Spinning and spiralling in a corkscrew pirouette

Acting out the ballad of swan lake in a Russian roulette

Yes indeed one’s life is just like a dance
