I'm bobbing along,
Down the stream of life,
Like the rest of my generation,
Not really happy, 
Not really sad, 
Like the rest of my generation,
Focused on the likes, 
Focused on the shares, 
Like the rest of my generation,
Worried about how others see me,
Worried about the cyberbullying, 
Like the rest of my generation, 
I've forgotten how to communicate,
I've forgotten how to have a good time,
Like the rest of my generation,
It may seem like I'm bobbing along, down the stream of life,
But in reality technology is making me drown,
Like the rest of my generation.
