Go to sleep, please close those eyes,
dream of streams and flutter byes,
Do not think of pain and scorn,
Or the shades shall rise like the sun in the morn.

Escape from the prison within your mind,
Invert the hour glass and rewind,
Think of the plans you so cleverly wrought,
Focus on the stratagems in your thought.

Silver pedals on a pond in moonlight,
Dissipates all your worries and blight,
Dive into a pool of dead time,
Drowned in the sound of an ocean of chimes.

Rock-a-bye Lilith all broken and scared,
A world of dreams warped into nightmares,
Tossing and turning on a bed made of lies,
Wrapped in a thick blanket of cries.

Knowing that the pain only grows,
Like the pale pallid moon waxing with woe,
When winter kisses the land with snow,
Is when she shall go six feet below.

Hush hush sweet Lilith please slumber through,
