Little things from you

Sometimes I just want to feel appreciated,
for the things I do,
To feel like all the work and effort I put in
is noticed by you.
A simple four- and three letter word together would do,
Make me feel like I've pleased you in
some kind of way.
Tell me from time to time that you 
love me,
Without me having to go first and say it,
to you.
Reassure me when I feel like I'm failing at being a mother to our daughter.
Because you know it is not true.
Thank me for being the one to stay home
and take care of our child.
Tell me how great of a mother I am,
and lend me a helping hand when you
I'm tired and need to have some time.
These are the little things that I, as your woman, need the most from you.
