Living Life

Life is short
is the old saying
The parameters
we set
will limit
the exposure
we have of life....

What part of the world
we see
how much education
we pursue
how much wealth we obtain
and the experiences of Love
Is solely
Determined by the perseverance
and openness
we allow our spirit to endure
 I have seen the Sahara Desert
climbed the Jungles in Ecuador
endured the winters of Scandenavia
Broken bread with a Moroccan sheep herder
drank a cocktail with a Chancellor
and though my escapades in life
are far from over
the experiences I have had
was taken 
not given
and
so is life...................
