Poem -

London in its prime

I looked up to the sky, clouds around
The white rain appears without a sound
I look up as the snow gently hits my face and falls to the ground
It’s the time of the year again this moment has come
To put away our sorrows and have some fun
The highest hill
The highest height
Sit down on the sleigh and what a sight
The crisp white of London town
It needs not an introduction
But a moment, a second of your time
See London in the winter
Is London in its prime.
