God,
What have I
To rely on, in this precarious life
Or,
Of all the things, upon which you gaze
Which is my greatest comfort
I believe it is you ~ the one God
For without you ~ I am lost
Isn't it you
Whose mercies are without number....
I feel that when you are away from me
When I do not keep in touch
I am frivolous and flounder
It is in those moments I recognize
That without you I am lost
And I recall my mantra
" How could things ever go amiss
When you are with me?"
I would rather be poor for your sake
Than have golden riches without you
I would rather be a Lone Musician
Traveling the earth along with you
Rather than being in Heaven without you
Wherever you are there is Heaven
And where you are not
There always appears a Hell
I cannot comprehend....
It is in You
I place all my hope and trust
It is on you
I lay down my worries, my anxieties
You are the finality of everything good
The pinnacle of life and the essence of wisdom
I am a lone musician
Come home to find his father....

Without God's connection, our situations would get the better of us..and we would know no mercy....for all of my life...God has been my one and only protector...Father..Brother..Sister..Mother...Friend.... and without is guidance we are all left floundering....
Our Father has a master plan...we, his talented children must learn and grow until that time presents itself....and we must learn well....
