Lonely
Letters from The Shed

"I'm a lonely person.
I'm a very happy lonely person
I can wallow in the cry of nothingness
with lips parted wide
and receive the song of rhythmic silence
I am a lonely person
but now the undisturbed sand crunches beside me under your awkward feet
and echoed calls on gallery wallsÂ
are filled with your shortened chuckle
and now I am lonely with you"

Wow, CERYS!!…...this is a truly compelling piece with a tone that speaks directly to the heart and minds eye of the reader......I can't decide if it's a fiction or a biographical piece.....regardless, it packs a poetic wallop!!….Well conceived and BEAUTIFULLY delivered!!…...ALL STARS!!….well done....and....WELCOME to COSMO dear poet sister!!….LOVE & ROCKETS!!…….T xo : )

It is in fact a biographical piece I wrote about someone. I’m so glad you enjoyed it.Â
