Poem -

Look up at the stars.

Lie on the grass and look at the stars,
The moon looks over you casting a gentle shadow that illuminates your features,
The constellations above mirror the dot-to-dot lines that could connect your freckles.
Stars on your cheeks and burning fire in your eyes as you feel minuscule in the pale moonlight,
You lose yourself in the moment and your world is turned upside down as you imagine other life staring back,
A billion pairs of eyes transfixed on the explosions trapped by forces greater than our control,
The vast unknown, the universe peers back, cards close to its chest smirking wildly.
A point of singularity like two strangers bumping into eachother in the street sparked the ongoing expansion of our universe,
that same collision of two can start a blossoming passion that continues to grow till we are laid to rest under our stars for the final time.
Our impression we leave in our time will never outlive the stars yet we can be immortalised in legacy and memory so when those who you leave behind gaze at the sky they think of you.

OUR WORLD

Things seem different?

Maybe, your brain is buzzing...

Maybe, things seem brighter......

Jamming Justice

Jamming Justice

Here at yet another crime scene
cops push back gawking onlookers
to restore the illusion...

Humpty Dumpty

I'm having a hard time walking this fine line
I stumble, trip, and fall

Then I get up again...
