Lost

I used to think I had it all figured out,

But I don't know what life's about.

"I have it all planned" is what I used to say,

Now it seems like I've lost my way.

I feel like I'm in some sort of daze,

As if life is just one big maze.

Each choice you make is like each turn,

And from each dead end you learn.

Learn how to get back to where it all began,

Learn what went wrong and fix what you can.

With walls all around I fill with doubt,

Feeling as if I'll never get out.

I'm lost inside my dreams,

Going in circles, or so it seems.
