LOST IN MUSIC

lost in music you danced all night long
I laughed at your moves ,you wiggled to the songs
Hip-hop and break-dance you took to the floor
like an 80's drop-out ,but the crowd cheered for more
Slapping your thigh like a cowboy was shot
Feeling your body the "look" was not hot
Head -banging to any tune with a beat
But going too low,you connect with your feet
You did the splits ,never saw that before
The look of surprise when you froze on the floor
They carried you off in so much pain
You tried to be young ,never would tame
Now you take it easy when out at the bar
We laugh at the memory dance king and his scar
Slow dancing is all you are up for today
Arms wrapped around me is the best dance i say!
