Lost Soul

I lost a part of myself
My wild and free spirit 
My thirst for the darkness and unknown 
My fantasy and pure lust
I thought it died long ago
When darkness consumed my life
But she brought it back
And made me crave those things again
Brought me back from 
The hands of death 
A part of me that time
Has slowly faded away
My soul feeling the flames once again
My true self slowly mending itself 
I could feel the pain and suffering 
Of its anger being long forgotten 
Makes me want to protect my soul
I will become whole once again
And conquer the darkness deep within
