Lost soul

As i stood at the edge of the shore
watching waves come bounding along
i wondered where is my soul
for my peace has left long ago 
and i wondered where is my soul
it was lost a long time ago 
there`s no peace i am still not whole
and i wonder ? where is my soul
the water looks so cold
and i still have not find my own soul
and i wonder what will make me whole
and still come the waves refreshing the hope 
that one day i might just be whole
