To Love

To Love

I saw you from afar
Your isolated beauty
Was the only thing
I saw
So far away
Keeping distance
Was my law
After a myriad
Of heart breaks
I promised
I'd kill the flaw
That was love
A bad habit
Because I always
Paid the cost
To love
As I will
Once again
I'm so lost

Hi C, I apologize for my late response but I guess overall I may even be taking a lesson from you and experimenting with other topics though my reason for a lack of love poems runs a little deeper than one might think, any who thank you for being my inspiration and (hopefully) open minded... there's more I want to say but I guess some responses are best left short lol thanks again
Much love :) CO
