Love gone

A love that flowered and blossomed and then died with out warning
I watered it, man did I water and nourish and feed
but its appetite was too large like a bottomless pitÂ
a hunger that would never be satisfiedÂ
used up, old, pushed off the pedestalÂ
just move on, everything will be fine...will it because I can’t imagine it that way
what happened to that beautiful flower?
the scent so sweet, the petals so full and soft and beautifulÂ
now they’re dried up on the floor, brown and dead and uglyÂ
throw it away, get a new one you’ll love just as muchÂ
I miss the old flower and I worry there will never be another one that will make me forgetÂ

Desperation. I love the angelology to life as a flower or plant, such a pure form. I hope you can find a slither of peace in this uncertain time. Cosmos is warm with supoorut. Were here for you! Peace and smiles. And a personal welcome to the Cosmos my friend!
Thank you. I try hard to keep my plants alive too but they were no comparison to how hard I tried at this. In the end I know it wasn’t right but it’s still hard. Time will heal.Â
