Love Isn't Always What It Seems To Be

People now and days believe that being in love with someone means to be in a relationship with them.

But you can be in love with someone you barely even talk to.

The difference between love and a relationship is relationships may come and go but love stays forever.

That love may turn into a burning flame and the only emotion you can even come close to expressing is hate.

But it is still there whether you like it or not.

It's there at 3 o' clock in the morning when you are inching towards sleep and the only things that are keeping you awake are the "what ifs."

"What if they were here right now?"

"What if I could've done something different to keep them?"

Everyone has that, that's completely normal.

But true love is when you see the person you care about with someone else, and you smile.

In this moment you are not forcing yourself, this is genuine happiness.

True love is when something could be killing you slowly, but since they are happy, so are you.

I never believed it until I experienced it myself. 

Their happiness comes before all the, "What ifs." that are bouncing around your head. 

Love isn't always what it seems.

But when you are truly in love you will start to believe.
