Poem -

love once more.

You entered,
upon a soft spoken breeze,
Singing glorious words,
with loving ease,
The fires burning,
frantically within my soul,
Amongst deepest,
darkest frightening toll,
Upon entering,
you fanned the flames,
Stirring everything within,
without remorse,
Crucified me,
within your loving kindness,
Causing my heart terrible blindness,
It wasn't your intentions,
to do so,
just accidental,
You poisoned so,
Upon letting new air in,
A transformation of suffering,
I'm free to fly once more,
From a distance love you more,
Upon leaving my heart behind,
Eminence now does bind,
Eternal to your core,
Leavings heartaches sore,
Forgotten love once more.
