LOVE THAT SHOULD OF BEEN

LOVE THAT SHOULD OF BEEN

A treasure from my past, my lost forgotten youth.Β these words that i will tell her, i only speak the truth. She is a fallen angel, sent here from above. I'll wrap my arms around her, and shower her with love. All those many years ago, the words that were not said. I ask myself now daily, what was going though your head. Her kindness and serenity, a soul that is so pure. Like a beam of light, i think she is my cure. With all our troubled past, i hope she feels the same. One day in our future, her hand I'll try to claim. Now we've reconnected, there's a smile on my face. I will look into her eyes, and hope I've found my place.Β
