LOVERS PARTED BY EARTH AND ASH----------------- shallow shadow whispers always ahead

woke up wrestling ,weeping,
sticky crimson life ,heaped against a web of flushed rock
beaten pulp by strength eaten alive
hopping across jagged causeways
with you ahead naked dripping under a red flowing sea
burnt speed crystallized skie

raw naked form taken into myth and ethereal shape
unable to stage the correct advance
thrashed by retreats early haemorrhage in harvest
rage escorts my heart
scented moments in harsh kidnap and threat

taunted and thrown hungry passion claws
dogma vomited into tame tacky necklace
ahead always ahead
fingers seem to recoil ,retract,

then
we meet destroyed in bloom
caught ripping drowning-screaming written not voiced
loves decision dragged across empty granite throngs
figure drenched in lonely state
stands bent creased crumpled
in front sealed ground, clay and rain dance ,
but the surface melts only beyond the bone

you always ahead
