Loving Waves of Yore

Loving Waves of Yore

The loving wares of yore

Tumble from the sea

They crash upon the shore

Spraying their mist upon me

Leaving my skin wet

This passion enters my pores

A loving sonnet

The melody truly yours

Now traveling through my veins

My body begins to yearn

Wishing for the rains

To ease this lover's burn

This mist from the loving waves

It flows from head to toe

My blood always craves

The love causing it to flow

Nothing will subdue

Nothing's going to cure

Unless I shower with you

In the loving waves of yore
