Madness

Madness

All my life I feel like I've been trying to establish my self-conscious, the inner workings of my mind, the tethered cells stacking miles high that waiver with even the suggestion of a slight breeze. Or perhaps, a misjudged glance or a stare that lingers just a little too long. Suddenly, everything I've built comes crashing down around me in tidal waves that slowly build like the newfound doubt in my mind. Engulfing myself in this self-induced madness.
