Masks

Masks

Incessantly I dispose of those who wrong me, that don’t belong to me, diminish me, confidence lacking,
Venturing in shroud through shadows surpassing. Β Relapsing, adrift amidst the clouds, theatrical in a crowd, I bemoan social settings, masquerading for surround.
Your attempt to falter and alter my change of fate, irate inside I’m reliant and defiant, be careful who you evoke and provoke, I’m a sleeping giant.
I see you for you, movement in discreet, disguised behind eyes fluent in deceit, immoral feat to delude the passers, the onlookers weary.Β  My eyes bleary, teary I will not descend, I want to remove my mask and make it all end.Β
My strength is like a river, one day I will deliver a torrent, a tsunami of hate, my inner soul is beautiful, but I will obliterate, compensate my virtues, I’ll hurt you for all you’ve said and done!Β  You wanted a war and so it has begun!

Hey Sir BROMLEY!! ....What a great read that was!! ~ Wow! ~ like a river of poetically lotic rhyming that seduces and compels the reader into its amazing sense of misery and stress with the rhymes gracefully woven throughout!! Your formatting choice works perfectly here as well!!.....ALL STARS!!......VERY Creative my friend!!.......LOVE & ROCKETS!!.......T xo
