crawl
over the
barriers
that life
has presented

Trying
to promote
sucks
especially
when You
are the most
qualified
person applying

The sad part
of it is
that the people
in charge
of your fate
are also less
qualified
than you.

Mediocracy
breeds
a Mediocre
Culture

Being a Transformational Leader
should not just
be a fairy tale
used
by the Human Resource Department
to encourage
Supervisors
to promote change

Growth Begins
with recognizing
talent
ambition
perseverance

Though
I sit externally
in the Promotion Process
In spirit I stand
representing
change
and the resilience
to not give up
