Meditate
Laying on the grass trying to relax,
Looking upwards, at the clouds,
One looks like an angel wings spread out,
Slowly that cloud dissipates,
Now a fish appears and swims away,
As I lay there time passes by,
A tap on the shoulder,
I turn around nobody's there,
Noticing its getting dark,
How long did I lay there?
It seemed like only five minutes,
Yet the dark is here,
Who or what warned me,
Was I dreaming?
Thinking on all this I walk away.

Thank you x
I loved reading this. Mediation can submerge us and time can suddenly sweep by. Beautifully described
My mum says when I'm totally relaxed I see shapes in clouds but also in trees I like to think they are there but it's called paredolia still it helps me so I don't care what it is.
More power to you I say Tracy. Like you finely put, who cares, if it feels good :)
I love meditation and visualisation and I would say you have the skill in spades x
My favourite meditation is been in a meadow sat under a tree 😀

.. I practice zazen seated meditation daily, sometimes when time allows twice a day .. therefore, when the title caught my eye I just had to take a peek inside .. and what I found here was quite lovely .. Neville :)
Thank you so much. I often just sit on my sofa and imagine waves crashing on the shore myself walking along sometimes I can sit like it for ages but afterwards I am so relaxed x
Good to hear and you really are most welcome Tracy :) x
