Megaphor

What if the myth was not our past but our present

Noah standing for the eight species of hominids

Earth being our ark in a universal flood of stardust

threatening to drown us

Our souls the jonahs that seek release from the belly of this fish

Someone send out the American eagle to search for dry land among the blackness

We need to get off this boat before it sinks

into the sea of light particles

Get us to shore

Get us to the promised land across this Jordan

from this sea of death to higher Ararat or Everest
