They say you don't know how much you'll miss them until they're gone,
But I always miss you.
You were truly a shining star,
That evryone you met loved.
You will not be missed, 
you will be forever cherrished.
For all of the people you helped,
And the fact that you made everyday better.
The one person that would just sit and listen,
With no sort of criticism to be heard or thought.
And I'm thankful you stepped into my life,
Because without you I was lonesome and scared.
I still remember the day we met,
You were the first one to say hello.
And then we talked for three hours straight,
About life, love, and even god.
You knew more about me than most,
But you saw right through my walls.
You alone made me feel comfortable,
To be who I wanted to be.
You were truly a remarkable woman,
And for that there's nothing left to say.
