Mental Health

It lurks beneath, invisibly stealth.
The world is adapting to mental health.
Some find it impossible, just to say.
When the smallest of things, will get in their way.

Should never be classed, as a taboo.
Or overlook or misconstrue.
Out in the open is so overdue.
Millions of reasons, effect me and you.

Bereavement or stress or just lack of sleep.
Struggles for money will find it's way deep.
Fear will consume you, so don't let it be.
Hope will enlight you and set your soul free.

Airing a worry, no matter how small.
Will help with a stumble and may stop the fall.
A shoulder, an ear or maybe a pen.
Can lift up the biggest and bravest of men.

Many will need us, supporting the fight.
Out in the open, out in the light.
The dark times are awful, when pushed out of sight.
Defeating the illness  some may and some might.

So let's all join hands, assisting the souls.
Bringing each one of them out of them holes.
Don't shy away or turn a blind eye.
Lend them a hug, when they start to cry.
