The Looking Glass

Sometimes I sit and I will stare.
Out the window, with no care.
To see the world, just moving by.
With different shapes up in the sky.

As you look, your eyes grow wide.
In the treetops, birds will hide.
Bushes swaying, side to side.
People stumble in their stride.

It's just like, a real life painting.
Every second, it is changing.
Weather adds and helps the sight.
Dull or wet or very bright.

To watch it rain or when clouds form.
And even better in a storm.
Looking out and seeing snow.
Excitement bubbles, we all know.

Have a go and have a try.
Watch the world just drifting by.
Planes leave trails, as they fly.
Therapeutic, not a lie.

Summer comes, the colours bloom.
The rays will start to fill the room.
Helps to make a greener grass.
And clearer through the looking glass.
