Times a Flying

This world is spinning, sometimes too fast.
You find when you blink, that years have passed.
Events you remember, a decade ago.
As you get older, the faster you grow.

You see an old face, you picture a time.
The mems that come flooding, the thoughts are sublime.
Reflecting about, yourself in your prime.
Not living each day, is surely a crime.

Don't beat yourself up, it's never too late.
Our future ahead, only we can create.
Breaking a habit, go see a friend.
Your memory bank, will only extend.

"Live for the moment," we have all heard.
Rushing it by, is really absurd.
Write a long list, of things to do.
Time is a flying, go see it through.

Take a new route, jump out of the norm.
Seeing new things, will help you transform.
Move to the sunshine? Stay in the storm?
You hold the keys, for you to reform.

Don't sit back and let life go.
We all get ONE and that we know.
Live it well and live it high.
I guarantee it won't fly by.
