Message To My Weary Child- It's Story Time

I see thee clearly sitting there.
I know thy sorrow and thy tears.
Each one I share, for I am He-
Of whom you have loved-
and worshipped through the years.

Thy faith, though weak child, is in place.
I see thy heart, hear it cry my name!
I have wrapped my arms around thee-
To be weary child is not a shame.

I am so proud of your work for me.
I see your spirit-it longs to do more.
Even in this, thy weakened state-
You long so to knock, upon another door!

Oh yes child I have gifted you, as my other children-
With a Spirit of truth man cannot tame!
A desire to testify of my love!
To bring glory to my Holy name!

Yet, today and yes, perhaps tomorrow-
Let us rest. Shall we? You and I.
Reflect. Refill. Relax and smile-
Allow me to heal your weariness, from on High!

I want you to be still...and HEAR my message.
For it shall now play upon thy LISTENING ear.
Child, I have designed thee to go ONLY so far-
Then, you MUST pull my presence near!

Nearer to me as your moments unfold-
Nearer to me as you work and play-
Nearer to me at midnight's hour-
Nearer to me at dawn of day!

Ah, let me hold you child. It is alright.
I will strengthen you and refill your cup.
Just remember, I expect you to love yourself-
As much as those, that you ask to sup!

Yes, love thy neighbor AS THYSELF.
This I command of thee.
Never did I say, better, than thyself!
You, I find as worthy, as they you see!

So take some time to take care of you!
Rest. Eat well, Thy blessings count and enjoy!
Then, renewed, step out and invite more to come in.
In my Name, proclaim salvation, reveal your joy!

At times such as these, when your body cries-
Ah my child, rest your weariness without shame!
For I, thy Creator, understand thy lot!
Your soul is sealed safe.....in Jesus name.
Go forth from today, knowing I am forever thy Lord!
I am Alpha and Omega, The First, The Last!
I am your Shepherd, you are of my own flock!
So,boldly step upon the water, and thy net now cast!
