Oracle

Oracle

I think
at times
poets become
oracles

I am not
sure whether
we even
know who
the sender
is

Our minds
receive words
and expressions
that are already
formed

our hands
deliver
it by
transforming it
into ink

Humanity evolves
through the
utterances that
an idyllist
expels

taking the road
less traveled

when two roads
diverges in
a yellow wood

resisting much
and obeying
little

are all thoughts
and calls
to action

that has inspired
generations
to become
great
from what
 we
once were

Yeah I think
we are
oracles

from who
or what
I do
not know......
