Motion through emotion
How can we live like this
Tears always held back
Mind state the worst kind
Talking about it won't solve nothing
How we hate ourselves to the core
Problems stacked on problems
They hate us too
Look at us like we  fucking acid
Criticism of our every mood
But this is my reality
Anxiety is a fucking joke
Just get over it and be happy
Hope it was that simple
Anxiety might be stealing my vision
Can't see my future
Depression killing my insides
Keeping my soul from shining
Guess I need a bottle of soul glow
Or those papers that make the pain go
Popping downers coz ain't shit else
Would've shoot my shot without limitation
Mind over matter
Yeah I don't matter
My thoughts taken command
And you wonder why the fake smiles
The I love you but hate myself
That's why we fuck up coz you gotta love yourself first
Too scared to look in the mirror
Scared of what I've become
These days I've seen my best
