A Mirror Ghost

A mirror ghost, a tortured soul, a phoenix sin, a fen of gold.
And nimbus love, a pleated heart, a fire tear, a wellic art.
My canvas pain, a stippled sky, a tenet grave, a need to cry.
And limbic hell, an attic ghost, a host of flame, a rabid
Pulse. My life and death, a frantic dance, the glint of love,
A tepid chance. And joy to voice, a fainted pledge, a face
Of pain, a shattered hedge. But cryptic love, a cultic flight,
A garret rose, a christic light.
A mirror ghost, a tortured soul, a phoenix sin, a fen of gold.
And fountain love, a treasured faith, a spirit flame, a distant
Wraith. My perfect thought, a vision bare, a vacant lot, a
Mystic flare. And soul to heart, a painted love, a stalwart
Source, a cultic flood. But mortal sin, a constant war, a
Plighted ache, a lambent sore.
