Missing My Dearest Damsels

The Crusades now once again do beckon me, to fight for coffers filled;
This battle will bring injury, the blood of my heart spilled!
For lone I’ll be throughout the days, and will wallow through the night;
Missing my two damsels dear, to cuddle with so tight!
.
Time will tell how long I’ll be, if success is in the air;
But every day without them both, will bring sadness and despair!
This must be the final trip, henceforth we never again part;
Which shows me we’ve a future bright, helps this Odyssey to start!
Two reasons I live
For the neverending love
Of my dear damsels
Hello fellow Poets,
I thought an explanation of this poem was necessary to define it. We were supposed to be taking this business trip to a Palm Beach, FL antique show next week, then do an Atlanta antique show the week after. Unfortunately, Linda, due to some health issues, will be unable to join me. We are in the midst of planning on moving back to Florida, and my solo trip will blaze the trail for us never having to part again.

Larry, how much you love your Linda and your little friend!
It's just so nice to see that. BÂ
Hi Bernadette,
Tuesday marks thirty-two years since the Thursday night we met, and four days later we got engaged.
Talk about love at first sight.
It was the same with Cookie, the moment we saw her, almost six years ago.
Peace and love,
Larry xx
