Mist Of Darkness

In the mist of the darkness he started to creep

I got so scared I started to weep

He dragged me down the depths of hell

Pure darkness all around me I could not see the light

Cold and hurt is all I could feel

I fell to my knees and started to weep 

I prayed for God to shine a light through the mist of darkness

When for a moment I thought I would take my own life

All of a sudden shined a light so bright 

That made the darkness feel warm and bright

God gave me his hand and helped me out

God said your time on Earth is not over yet 

I made this path and already have a plan made out designed just for you 

I made you strong to fight through the hells

Set forth in your way,but you lingered away

So I made you weak to show you what you can do as long as you trust in me

I promise you will make it through

Live by faith not by sight and the road you travel will be warm and bright

No obstacles will be in your way

No hell's will hurt you

Love and happiness will fill your soul

You will feel no hurt or sorrow

Just trust in me and I will guide you through all the hells set forth in your way
