Mistake

Mistake

Take me to a place

Very far away

To where no one can say

“I love you.”

As feelings begin to arise

tears jump into my eyes

As I can’t swallow my pride

And say that I

“I Love you too.”

I’m too bent in my ways

Too broken to say

what I’ve been wanting to say

For many years

But those years

Are now replaced with tears

As I complicate my fears

With a

“Love you too.”

Hi abstract I know the feeling in this write. Pride fears guilt can all complicate love but with the right sweetheart love can be unconditional. Cheers hrl
