- INSPIRATIONAL SHORT VERSE,
- MY BIRD OF THOUGHTS

- Like your each precious word
- Takes its own sweet home,
- My bird of thoughts
- Ascends; descends as it likes;
- Whenever the season; rather
- the reason of the mind differs,
- Stretching its half broken wings;
- We just live, only for an initial surprise;
- No more any further sun rise;
- What we define as the beginning
- is often for a final ending;
- and to make an end,
- you will have to make a
- start of everything again and again.
- The real end is where we start from;
- and every alphabet; word;
- sentence that is right,
- where every word,
- takes its own home
- for a meaning; or for
- a shelter to sleep !

Maaya Dev''s deep passion for lyrical words and lovely expressions were proven in many of her poems circling around the theme of words, According to her own words, " Words are her unborn poems, twinkling on the sky of my solitude...someday shall blink as glittering stars " Poetry is an inborn art of scribbling, reading, re-reading, reciting and overall entertaining in languages even unknown to all of us, sometimes, language is commonly used in a way that is being felt by the authors and to the audience to differ from normal prose, thanks for your support for my poetic column " Misty Moods" fully inspired by me.
